Caffein vs Evening Naps

I can't believe that nowadays I am trying to avoid taking evening naps anymore. I think that evening naps is a waste of time because it only makes me even more sleepier. Some people call it power nap but I think that does not solve the equation in this issue. Plus, I do not see the point in taking evening naps because I still sleep at the same time as I did without my evening nap. It is not like anything is going to change. Instead of sleeping, I can gradually finish my ever-piling homework. How do I prevent myself from sleeping? This goes straight to my point in this blog. My only solution is to take coffee breaks or soda-caffeinated drinks like Coke or Mountain Dew. But, then I realized that Coke/Mountain Dew is bad for you because of the amount of sugars in it. So I turned to coffee because it is a better alternative. Luckily, I got lots of supply of coffee which hopefully will last me for another semester. I hope that I do not make this a daily habit. But I do need something strong to keep me awake so that I can be more productive. Is there any other alternatives that I can consider? I guess not, and coffee seems like the ideal answer. After all, winter is here and coffee helps me to stay warm with warm fuzzy feelings.
