What is your Favourite Color?

I have Yahoo set on default on my computer because it keeps on updating news that sometimes get me interested. Occasionally, I will glance through some articles and I found this article to be fairly interesting. When you go shopping for clothes, you normally have a favorite color that you will buy. I think that it is funny how people can create questionaires and surveys about such things like this. I have to admit, my favorite color is blue. Well, that is common color isn't it? However, I think I am trying to diversify my color preference by wearing brown, grey or perhaps purple. I have those colors too but the majority of my closet is BLUE. So what does Blue represents. Here is what I got:

What it represents: Blue is a color of clarity, communications and charm. And regardless of the shade, this hue says: “I like to be understood.” On the downside, under stress, a “blue” person can send mixed messages, have trouble making up their mind, or just space out during conversations.

Understanding people who love it: If blue is your favorite color, you never run out of anything to say — expression is your strong suit. And if you’re dating a “blue” person? The same holds true; you should always know where you stand.

[Well, this article explained it in a brief way, but you get the idea]

* I am going to share this link in case you want to know what color defines you:

Caffein vs Evening Naps

I can't believe that nowadays I am trying to avoid taking evening naps anymore. I think that evening naps is a waste of time because it only makes me even more sleepier. Some people call it power nap but I think that does not solve the equation in this issue. Plus, I do not see the point in taking evening naps because I still sleep at the same time as I did without my evening nap. It is not like anything is going to change. Instead of sleeping, I can gradually finish my ever-piling homework. How do I prevent myself from sleeping? This goes straight to my point in this blog. My only solution is to take coffee breaks or soda-caffeinated drinks like Coke or Mountain Dew. But, then I realized that Coke/Mountain Dew is bad for you because of the amount of sugars in it. So I turned to coffee because it is a better alternative. Luckily, I got lots of supply of coffee which hopefully will last me for another semester. I hope that I do not make this a daily habit. But I do need something strong to keep me awake so that I can be more productive. Is there any other alternatives that I can consider? I guess not, and coffee seems like the ideal answer. After all, winter is here and coffee helps me to stay warm with warm fuzzy feelings.

It was only just a dream....a real dream

I had an interesting nightmare yesterday. I went to bed at 2pm because I was studying for my Auditing exam that is coming up on Wednesday. Before that, I reminded myself that I need to submit my BUS 228 homework assignment that is due on Monday, 830 am. I got too carried away studying that this event just slips by my mind. After I finished studying, I turned off the lights, and went to bed. Then, I had a nightmare that the BUS 228 teacher, put me in the spot because I did not submit my homework on time. She kept on saying how irresponsible a student I am in front of the class and obviously I was humilliated. That was when I woke up, and knew that I forgot to submit my homework. As I turned on my laptop, it was 5am. Think about the irony that happened. My nightmare actually saved me because I managed to submit my homework in time before the due date. Ah, what a blessing. Good thing I finished this paper on Friday and just had to add some finishing touches to it. And voila, I hit the submit button.....phew!! Then, I went back to bed again.....
My alarm rang at 850am, being as lazy as I can be, I involuntary woke up, brushed my teeth and turned on my laptop again. This time, I had to rescheduled my ACC class because my desired professor switched sections. Luckily, I managed to get into the section that I want...Now, everything is done. However, this time, I did not go back to sleep. My 10.10 is about to start.
At least I got off to a bright start.....That is what matters!!!
