love or career

I have been downloading this TVB drama called Emergency Unit (E.U) and been addicted to it already. This show has 30 episodes, and I on the last episode. After watching this show, I feel that this show evolves around 2 themes:
1st: In life, guys tend to choose their career path and chase their dreams but ignore the people that they love
2nd: Throughout life, some people tend to change to fit in with the crowd, others still maintain their beliefs and values in life.

Sometimes, I feel that the first theme is true. If I am in this situation, I am not sure what I will do either. I do not want the people that I love the most to be hurt but I do not want to miss the opportunity to chase my dream. I remember reading a poem by Robert Frost, " Two roads diverged in a wood, and sorry I could not travel both..." I will decide to be with the person that I love the most because well, this is only a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.. I believe it all comes down to fate.....To end the poem, Robert Frost said"I shall be telling this with a sigh...I took the road less travelled and that has made all the difference" Just remember that maybe taking the road less travelled can be the best decision that you will ever make.
For the second theme, I think that change is evitable in us. I have lost count of seeing people closest to me change. People who change their appearance usual cause we all want to look good at some point right? But, I hate people who change their behaviour and characteristic just because they want to fit in with the crowd. Sometimes, I am speechless at the actions of certain individuals but who am I to say? Hopefully, my best friends will not change forever...
